This week on TK island the little fishies were so excited that finally, the chrysalis turned into beautiful butterflies. We named them Salina, Marshmallow, Leila, Kennyboy, and TK. THen, we watched them fly away and we all said goodbye. Also, more excitedly the little fishies began to prepare for Mother’s Day to show their appreciation and how much they love their mothers!

Phase One had a fun week! P3 and P4 had AR parties this week and P5 will have one next week. The students worked really hard on their Mother’s Day gifts this week and are so proud of them. They are adorable!

The teachers in Phase One would like to thank all the parents and students that showered us with such thoughtful gifts this week for Teacher Appreciation Week! You are all awesome!

Phase 2 students enjoyed a great field trip on Wednesday! Our students enjoyed the tech museum and got to have lots of hands-on fun! Thank you to all the parent chaperones who attended. We also enjoyed a special Cinco de Mayo dance presentation from one of our phase 2 students.

Please remember that 3rd and 4th grade state testing will be May 21-June 1st.

Time is flying and the end of the school year is very close. Today we had the Jog-A-Thon Rally. Students played games and then they were able to egg a teacher! Pictures will be sent next week.  It was a fun rally for both students and staff and the teachers looked great with egg in their hair, and eyes, and mouth…it was great fun.
