P2 had a really fun week starting out with a marble party on Monday. Students brought a toy from home and played with Abraham (our class bunny)! It was a very fun party! Next week is our field trip to the Stockton Children’s Museum! Look out for detailed information to come home about our field trip on Wednesday! We hope everyone is working on their building for our P2 community, we can’t wait to see them on Friday!

Phase had a great week! The classes continued learning about habitats in Science and some of the math groups started learning about time.

Did you know phase 2 students have been working on STEM projects all trimester? STEM incorporates Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. Our STEM projects foster collaboration, problem solving, critical thinking and hands-on learning. Here is a look at a bridge built by students in P8, using only straws and tape.

We are proud to announce our First Annual 4th Grade Breakfast and Dance! Please see today’s green folders for more info. Parents are invited to attend the breakfast on June 26th, from 9-10. PCS parents: please see the blue information flier about Water Day! We have many events coming up, both school-wide and in each classroom so please check your child’s newsletter!
