Hello DCS and MHS families.  

We first want to thank you for completing the commitment forms we posted for returning or staying online in November.  We understand this is a big decision for you and your family. 

If you have not completed the form, EVEN if you plan on staying online, please do so (links below).  We are extending the deadline to Tuesday, October 27th.  It is important to hear from everyone, we are using this information to help our registrar adjust our attendance system.

We want to hold a Zoom meeting this Monday, October 26th, and 6pm to answer those questions and concerns you provided with your form.
