Merry Christmas from the Special Education Department!
For this week’s Special Education (SPED) Spotlight we are bringing you information on Student Success Team Meetings (SST’s). Although this is a general education function, the education specialists are the SST Coordinators here at Tracy Learning Center. If you have any concerns with your students’ progress please review this presentation and reach out to the appropriate contact person for more information.

Special Education Parents….
Please take this parent survey as it will be used in evaluating our current programs here at TLC and priorities for the school year. The survey has multiple choice questions and should take no more than 5 minutes to complete. We ask that surveys be completed by Friday, December 17th. Thank you!
Here’s the link to the survey:
Estamos enviando este cuestionario a todos los padres con uno o más estudiantes. Le pedimos que por favor complete el cuestionario lo antes posible. Sus pensamientos son muy valiosos para nosotros. Para acceder al cuestionario deberá copiar y pegar el enlace abajo en su navegador del internet.

Primary Charter School
This week we had our Jog-a-Thon awards ceremony…we surpassed our goal and raised over $15,000! Thank you to everyone who donated and helped raise funds for our PE and elective programs.
Over the past few weeks our PCS student body and Leadership team voted on a local business in which to fundraise for. The PCS community voted to raise money for The Tracy Animal Shelter through a scarf fundraiser!
Our amazing Mrs. Latter, with our Leadership team, made 200 scarves and sold them over the last 2 weeks. Low and behold, they
SOLD OUT! This means PCS will present The Tracy Animal Shelter with an $800.00 donation! We could not be more proud!
Do you need before or after-school care? Champions are now expanding their enrollment!
AERIES Emergency Info Needed.
We still have several families who have not completed an updated emergency contact form. This information is very important and is used to contact parents if there is an emergency. If you have not completed this form, please do so and return it to our front office ASAP

**Attention All Parents**
Below you will find a link to our electronic parent website (AERIES). This database contains critical information about each DCS student and each student’s emergency contact information. This portion MUST BE FILLED OUT BY YOU. All data will be used to contact you in the event of an emergency. It is very important that you take the time to ensure we have all necessary information.
Use the following link https://tracylearningcenter.aeries.net/student and login in with the email and password you created when registering your student at the beginning of the school year. From there, navigate to the DATA CONFIRMATION PROCESS link. Once you enter the information, THE LAST STEP IS TO PRINT THE EMERGENCY CARD and turn it into the front office or to your child’s teacher.
If you believe you have already completed this process OR you need help completing this process please call 209-290-0511. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

College Early Start Spring News: Delta College Okta/Canvas Workshop
Students who met the deadline for Spring Delta College classes should now have registered for their class(es). Delta College staff will be presenting a virtual workshop on how to be successful in an online Delta College class, including how to use Okta and Canvas, the “college version” of Google Classroom. This is an extremely valuable workshop for students who will be taking their first college class this Spring, and any other students who would like a refresher.
You MUST sign up to attend so we know how many students to expect.
When: Tuesday, January 11 at 11:30am-12:30pm
Where: On Zoom and on the Millennium High School campus, room TBA (to be announced)
Please sign up by Monday, January 3rd at 11:59pm. Instructions and further details will be sent to you through email. Sign Up Here: https://forms.gle/F8CG6eE4NYrcM83R9
LUNCH: Ordering lunch is slightly different this year. All students should have a lunch account to pay for lunches. To register, go to https://www.mymealtime.com/ and create an account. You must choose/type in your specific school (Millennium High School) and you will need your student school I.D. number. If you have any difficulties creating an account online, money can still be added to your account by either cash, check, or debit card. You can drop off payment in the lunch dropbox that is located in the main office. We are still in the process of adding new students to our mealtime system and hope to have it completed next week.
Lunch is ordered the day before it is delivered to class. All students should order their lunch during 4th period/HUB time. The Google Classroom code is SEUNSOU. Applications for Free & Reduced meals must be completed and turned in every year. You can apply on the school’s website.
