AERIES Emergency Info Needed.

We still have several families who have not completed an updated emergency contact form. This information is very important and is used to contact parents if there is an emergency. If you have not completed this form, please do so and return it to our front office ASAP

AERIES EMERGENCY FORM (PDF)

**Attention All Parents**

Below you will find a link to our electronic parent website (AERIES). This database contains critical information about each DCS student and each student’s emergency contact information. This portion MUST BE FILLED OUT BY YOU. All data will be used to contact you in the event of an emergency. It is very important that you take the time to ensure we have all necessary information.

Use the following link https://tracylearningcenter.aeries.net/student and login in with the email and password you created when registering your student at the beginning of the school year. From there, navigate to the DATA CONFIRMATION PROCESS link. Once you enter the information, THE LAST STEP IS TO PRINT THE EMERGENCY CARD and turn it into the front office or to your child’s teacher.

If you believe you have already completed this process OR you need help completing this process please call 209-290-0511. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Millennium High School

Next week the 3D Printing Club will be having its week of fundraising. We have many ways for you to support the club’s goal of buying a 4K 3D Resin Printer for the school. We are going to be selling the Candy Grams, Three different sizes of Marvel/Star Wars character Busts, and these two raffles.

The raffle items are one large bust of our most popular model…Deadpool! For a $2.00 ticket, you could have a chance to win this high-demand statute! The other raffle is for my very first 3D printed dragon I personally hand painted 2 years ago. The raffle tickets are $2.00 a piece or 15 tickets for $20.00. (see the attached image/file for a photo of each item)

Thank you for supporting our club and let me know if you have any questions about how you can purchase busts, tickets, or candy grams!

The 3d Printing and Painting club will be hosting its first 3D Printing Store/Fundraiser. This month’s theme for printing was Marvel/Star Wars Gold, Bronze and Copper busts. (Please see the attached files for photos of the busts) If you are interested in purchasing a model, please feel free to stop by my classroom (M202) anytime next week or before and after school at our 3D Printing FundRaising Table. The busts come in three different sizes and prices: Large – $20.00, Medium – $15.00, and Small – $10.00. Multiple model discounts can be negotiated. Thank you for looking and thank you for supporting the 3D Printing and Painting club!

SPED SPOTLIGHT:

This week we want to put a spotlight on Social Emotional Learning. Whether it’s called “social and emotional learning” or “emotional intelligence,” most people understand that it is critical to pay attention to the development of the whole young person, including character education. Parents have a dual role to play in raising a self-aware, respectful child who knows how to manage his or her emotions, make responsible decisions, and resolve conflicts nonviolently.

Click on the link to learn more on this topic!

If you have any questions on this topic or would like to know more please feel free to reach out to the Special Education Department.

LUNCH: Ordering lunch is slightly different this year. All students should have a lunch account to pay for lunches. To register, go to https://www.mymealtime.com/ and create an account. You must choose/type in your specific school (Millennium High School) and you will need your student school I.D. number. If you have any difficulties creating an account online, money can still be added to your account by either cash, check, or debit card. You can drop off payment in the lunch dropbox that is located in the main office. We are still in the process of adding new students to our mealtime system and hope to have it completed next week.

Lunch is ordered the day before it is delivered to class. All students should order their lunch during 4th period/HUB time. The Google Classroom code is SEUNSOU. Applications for Free & Reduced meals must be completed and turned in every year. You can apply on the school’s website.
